Step 1: Get in touch. 

Reaching out for help is one of the hardest parts of getting into therapy. It’s okay to feel afraid, unsure, or even intimidated about what the therapeutic process will be like. But once you reach out, I’ll be with you every step of the way. We’ll handle whatever comes, together.

Some of my clients think their life journeys have peaked or ended by the time they come to me. But your life has so many more chapters still to come. Processing trauma and changing your relationship to yourself and the world is never easy. It takes time, effort, and practice, but healing is possible. Yes, for you too. I see it every day.

My Approach

If you’re here because you’re feeling disconnected, anxious, and lonely, you’re in the right place.

I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in Texas, Washington, New Mexico, and Florida. My goal is to create a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself, heal from the past, and find a healthier way forward. My work is culturally aware, compassionate, and trauma-informed.  

Life might feel overwhelming right now. Perhaps you’re constantly on edge, burdened by an unrelenting sense of dread. Maybe your mind is racing, filled with overthinking and self-doubt. You might be wrestling with loneliness, perfectionism, depression, or the persistent feeling that no matter what you do, it’s never enough.

I’m here to help you work through the pain, anxiety, depression, and loneliness that plague your day-to-day life. I believe in incorporating social and cultural competence to create an environment where all is welcome. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

 

Transparency, trust, compassion, and authenticity are important to a therapeutic relationship and I would love for us to work together to help you reconnect with yourself and others.

Grief counseling provides a safe, compassionate space to help you cope with loss and navigate complex emotions like sadness, anger, or guilt. Through guided conversation and coping strategies, you can find meaning and healing. The goal is not to "move on", but to move forward with strength and support.

Trauma 

Our evidence-based trauma therapy provides a safe and supportive space to process difficult experiences. It can help you understand  trauma's impact on the mind and body. Through evidence based approaches, you will learn to rebuild trust, resilience, and emotional regulation. The goal is healing, not forgetting—all at your own pace.

Depession/Anxiety

Our depression and anxiety therapy combines compassionate support with evidence-based techniques to alleviate symptoms and build lasting resilience. We help identify triggers, reshape negative thought patterns, and develop personalized coping strategies that restore balance and hope, empowering you to move forward with renewed confidence and inner calm.

Women's Life Transitions

Together, we will honor your unique journey through this emotional and physical transition of midlife. I will provide support while addressing mood changes, anxiety, identity shifts, and relationship impacts. You will learn coping tools and have a space to process this amazing life stage. The goal here is empowerment, balance, and navigating perimenopause or menopause with confidence.
