Accepted Payments

I do not accept insurance at this time. I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card at the end of each session.  Since I’m currently offering exclusively online therapy services, all payments will be automatically completed via the client portal.

I am a member of Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. I believe in working towards the end of the "economic" inequalities that exist with the access to mental health care.

If you do not have insurance and are  having financial difficulty need access to mental health services, please  visit my Open Path profile.

Treatment Approach

If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage, I can provide a monthly receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier. This can make therapy more budget friendly and accessible.

For additional information, please refer to this step-by-step guide on how to use out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit
